Build a new arena inside of the DAC

I'm looking around the DAC last night, and I'm looking at the ceiling and the wall behind the bleachers on the benches side, and I'm thinking, WOW, this building is huge. The ceiling is high, and with some creative planning, it seems like there's a lot of square footage to work with where they could start from scratch and build a pretty nice arena in the same place where they play right now. If you can remove the rafters where the basketball nets hang from, and get rid of the wall behind the west bleachers, I don't see why they can't build a nice new internal structure that could seat 4-5,000 people. By doing this, you'd get rid of the multipurpose aspect of the main gym, but with the expansion of the DAC, a multipurpose gym may no longer be necessary.
