Your Privacy: How to Keep Others from Viewing Your Email Add
Many of you have indicated in the past that you wish your email address to be kept private. This is now an option with the new Boards software. Some of you may currently have your email address viewable, both under your username when you post (the little envelope icon shows) and on your Profile (viewable when someone clicks your username). This is how to turn off the viewing of your email to the public:
1) Click the User Control Panel link, just next to the search box and just below the main menu bar.
2) Click the Board Preferences tab.
3) Find the first entry Users can contact me via email and make sure No is selected. Click No if it is not already chosen.
4) Click the Submit button at the bottom.
