I must say, JMU athletics have come A LONG WAY since I arrived on campus in 2000. I am extremely excited by DK, MM, and the facility improvements.

With continued facility improvements, its only a matter of time before we dominate the CAA or move to a 1-A conference.

DNR really has put a negative spin on things lately.

"Dukes drop another Dud"

"Dukes get skinny kid"

"Dukes barely beat Montana for what some call the National Title"

Yea, I thought the "Dukes drop another Dud" headline was a little harsh. I was kind of disappointed that the DNR would print such a headline.

Yeah - I did not understand why the Dud thing was put in there.....

BTW - I also saw this...

In the center of the locker-room floor, the carpet is a Dukes Dog logo, an addition that receiver D.D. Boxley suggested will spawn a new tradition.

"We got a big old Duke Dog and nobody’s steppin’ on it," Boxley said.

Am I the only one that get's a funny visual of this in a full lockeroom at halftime?
