If there's one thing I don't miss about Houston is that it's the most humid place I've ever been, but Richmond reminds me of its humidity somewhat to a lesser extent.
Now asking a Houstonian to like Dallas more is asking a lot. It'll always be the 4th of Texas cities in my eyes. Austin 2nd and San Antonio 3rd. I also love those towns.

Welcome to any american city. People have been robbed in Harrisonburg. The east side of Houston was the worst supposedly, but we never went over there for a reason.

If you like awful chain restaurants, big box stores, and fat people, you'll love Houston. Tat is right, no identity whatsoever

Don't get me wrong, I love the south, but Houston blows.

Keep fighting the good fight my friend. I'm an old oilers fan and probably the only Texan in the state's history that doesn't like the cowboys. I follow the texans whenever they appear on tv here. I also am a skins fan and I'm even in enemy territory right here in va. Virginians have no loyalty.

What's your favorite city then? Please don't say Boston or ny.

In my experience, people in the south are just as rude as any northeast city, they just hide it behind a smile.

NY and Boston are two of the best places in the world to live if you have the money. If you don't have the money, well that's another story...
