NCAA: Alabama transfer Sims can play immediately at U.Va.

Love the compassion of the NCAA. QB gets beat out for starting position. Then he transfers to UVA to be closer to home for family reasons.

And guess what; rather than sit out for a year as rules require, he gets an exception to play right away. Ain't big time football great :>)

Hey maybe we can get one of the other UVA QBs who may transfer and he can play right away if he wins the job. Oh and we don't even have to make a some hokey story.
