    Default Hofstra Lacrosse All-Stars

    Three former Hofstra lacrosse players and one incoming player will be participating in all-star games tonight.

    Steve DeNapoli, Brian Langtry and Nick Polanco will play in the MLL All-Star game at 7:30 on ESPN2, and Sam Llinares of Hauppauge HS, who is coming to Hofstra in the fall, will play in the Under Armour North vs. South All-Star Game at 8 PM on ESPNU. Llinares led Suffolk in total points (57G + 49A) this past season and was Newsday's Suffolk Player of the Year.

    Thanks, guess I'll DVR the MLL All Star game (which I had intended to watch), haven't seen Linares play before, but heard a ton of great things about him.

    It appears we had another all-star. Incoming freshman Shelby Milne of West Genesse played in the women's Under Armour game last weekend:

    Not yet but one of the assistants seems to be the front runner for the position.
    Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most!

    Not really Abby Morgan was an asst at Hofstra before she took over. A lot of these women plus the incoming class were recruited by this staff .

    I thought the team was bad. Team wasn't bad when the previous coach left.

    Just a down year for Abby Morgan. We lost two prolific scoreres in Corrine Gandolphi and Liz Falco. The teams before all competed well in the CAA. Also the previous coach went back to her alma mater JMU.
