OT - Seahawk Swimming in US Olympic Trials in Omaha
Just wanted to let all of you know there is a UNCW Seahawk competing in the US Olympic Trials for swimming - his name is CJ Fiala. He was son's swim coach at Sully Station for many years. He is swimming on Saturday morning at 1000 AM.
CJ is a great young man - his family is great and he is a worthy representative of UNCW - if you can get the online stream please watch. I think he is competing for the backstroke.

Good for him. I'll be watching. I'm surprised we don't see more of our slippery feathers in the trials as good as our swimming program is.

Conrad won his Heat and finished 44th in the 100m butterfly at the Olympic Trials.
