Did you not see that WWBT confirmed with CAA officials that it is indeed staying in Richmond for 2013?
If you heard Yeager on ESPN950 the other week, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. He said that he had been directed to look at other options, but made sure to say that those options might not make financial sense and that Richmond was still a possibility.
I live in Fredericksburg & I hope they move 2013's tourney out of Richmond. If commish doesn't move it, those presidents that provide his job security will probably find someone else with the scrote to do what they ask, even if it means having to *gasp* pay rent or *shudder* leave Richmond.
