True. Our campus now is very urban without enough green space. We have much less open/green space than UMBC/Maryland.
If we add a new swim center and indoor practice facility, we will have very few open area's anymore.
If we ever get 15,000-20,000 to attend Towson football games, I'm not sure if we have enough room for tailgating unless we gain access to St. Joe's/GBMC'S/ Sheppard Pratt's flat surface lots.
The above is why I prefer Towson establishing a School of Health or Graduate campus in downtown Towson. University of Maryland has professional schools in downtown Baltimore.
