Yeah, I think it's a pretty obviously correct statement.

I'm just over being outraged by it. It's obvious that no one who matters at JMU really cares that our men's basketball program is an embarrassment.

I understand everyone's disappointment, but I will still be there cheering them on. Good kids that play hard (but not always smart). Maybe the team can avoid the injuries that has decimated the team the last several years and surprise us. If not, we start fresh next year ...

Pretty much. For me it's one of the big items on the list that details how impotent and bumbling the JMU athletic department has been. Quite possibly the biggest item, at least as far as showing a real lack of ambition or drive for success.

I'm with you in spirit, but let's not forget that the injury excuse is used by programs in every sport and at every level who just aren't run well. It's an easy out.

I could never figure out why Brady kept the redshirt on him when we were so thin inside. We got exactly zero return out of the $20K we spent on this kid. If he was any good at all he could have helped us last year. Screw redshirts in basketball. If a kid isn't good enough to contribute some as a freshman, don't recruit him.

Man I heard some things about Bourne yesterday from a fellow CAA AD that made me want to just completely give up. Can't really out that person but basically he's a moron.

Agree and I would say the same about skill positions in Football. We wouldn't pull the redshirt on Jace when I felt he could have helped and now he is gone.

    Rivals also reported this today:

2013 WE-R1 big man Julian Moore received new offers from James Madison and Penn State.
