Construction next to soccer stadium

I noticed some construction going on next to the Hofstra Soccer Stadium. Anybody know what the project is?

It's a new roadway that'll lead to the School of Medicine. They'll be putting a new building up there soon, and with a doubling class size for next year, they need the road space. Doesn't really impact any of the Athletics spaces.
