Someone please clarify how U.Mass was not eligable to win The CAA but ODU will be? What was done differently ? How paperwork and timing ? Just curious

ODU will not begin their transition to FBS until 2013. They remain at 63 or fewer scholarships. UMass began the transition in 2011, and Georgia State is beginning it in 2012. ODU has not filed the transition paperwork at this point.

Not sure why this is hard for the remaining CAA schools (and their fans) to understand. At ODU, we do what we want. The CAA is THRILLED that we're going to keep the ODU magic in this league for one more year. Our farewell tour, if you will.
We called Yeager and told him we'd be playing for the CAA title in football this season, and he was tickled pink. We haven't made our final decision regarding our other sports as of yet, but you'll hear something soon.
Oh, and we're going to crush W&M this year on the football field.

Lol, wow. Just trying to add to the conversation, prior to Longstory showing up. That odor would likely be the looooonnnggg line of BS you've been throwing around since ODU left you behind.
