On another note VCUs womens Basketball coach resigned today to take a position as 'associate coach" with Notre Dame. Thats a lot of movement in the CAA.

Yeah, any Division I team that is not barred from the NCAA from posteseason play (for either APR or recruitment violations) can be selected as an at-large, regardless of what games they've played. Not that the selection committee would look too favorably upon that, but it's always a possibility.

That's pretty week conference basketball-wise no? I don't see the CAA as a multiple bid conference in this set-up.
