You realize a lawyer talking about his client's cases is cause for disbarrment, right?

I know....probably more than you on that subject. Case was over. No appeal was in the works. (All I was saying is that people knew. Not saying they should come on the boards and post. That's all.)

I realize, the ODU chest thumpers don't like voices of reason like myself and Razor but I'm not sure that makes us "the worst poster" simply because we actually evaluate things before jumping on the bandwagons, and sometimes make offensive (to homers) yet accurate statements.

Don't compare yourself to Razor. Although I personally am not the biggest fan of his constant pessimism, he clearly cares about ODU basketball and he brings insight and analysis (whether people agree with it or not).

But, I talked to someone today. Basically a show cause was issued which just means that Baze has to go to court and explain why he missed a class or 2 and why he should avoid jail time. At worst, he gets 0-10 days. This lawyer said its pretty much BS the way VB handled this and they could have called Taylor and said bring him in for an hour and we'll book him and release him. It will take an hour.

Now they embarassed the **** out of him.

What did you tell us? That playing in the CIT was a bad idea because we might lose to Mercer? I still don't agree with that even after this loss. Saying "I told you so" indicates that you have been proven correct. You haven't been-so really you are just talking.
