Looks like a quality guy with good credentials.

I think we also need an RB coach

We had the best running back in 1AA football last year and McBride and several others should be good ones next fall. What we really need to improve is special teams...kickoff, punt and field goal....we do not list a special teams coach and it is there we really need to improve.
