That may be true, but they can go suck it this year. If you watched any of the Miami game, they allowed Minnesota to waltz through the lane at will and either dunk or lay it in. Tennessee's crowd didn't seem all that enthused either. Give me mid-majors at home on ESPN rather than Power 6 teams playing in crypts.

BMF -- I challenge you to say one positive thing about Drexel.

I question whether the free student tickets count in the attendance of NIT games. The DAC was pretty much filled up on Sunday, but attendance was only 1,800. Seton Hall wasn't even selling tickets to the general public for their game at Walsh due to high demand, and attendance was only about 1,800. If the 600 student tickets didn't count in the count, that would explain the really strange attendance figures throughout the tournament.

Too bad Illinois St. blew a second half lead at Stanford late last night.

BTW, very impressed by the PAC12 in this tournament. Three of the final eight from that conference. I think it's pretty clear now that they are the best mid major conference in the country.

They have 2 of the final 4 in the CBI as well. I guess UCLA hasn't embraced the mid-major status yet; maybe they could have had 3 of 4.
