Now that Tom Parratta is out at Canisus,if a position opens up on our staff, do we look to hire him back?

Why would we hire him back? This is Mo's staff. Parratta doesnt have any ties to these players, and was Pecorat's person. I think he will find himself at another school, but it wont be Hofstra.

Parratta has some nice ties down south. he was instrumental in getting Kieza to come here and has a great relationship with Bob Stakmann down at Broward CC ( Adrian Uter).

Apparently those ties did'nt help him too much at Canisius...his record was very poor

Canisuis is topugh place to recruit to. Even Niagara has been down lately. Hard to recruit when there is still snow on the ground in April. These kids want a warmer climate unless you are UConn.

Michigan State seemed to have a tough time with recruiting there. And Syracuse. And Wisconsin.
