OT: Ham's

The building is still in the same physical location. The sign out front now says ONeills. The owner lady was very attentive during our visit last week. The only menu changes are something about the bison and buffalo stuff which I don't eat so I really didn't pay attention. One bit of news though, they now have a half-sized cookie skillet, too. So if you're alone, you don't have to deprive yourself for fear of wasting that tasty concoction in its full size splendor.

i keep telling Monica that they need to make a 1/2 sized bacon cheese fries so i don't feel as guilty about myself when i go in there and eat a full sized one by myself, plus an entree.

The O'Neils, Tim and Monica are wonderful people and have been owners of that location for over 15 years. They are a big asset to the Harrisonburg community and JMU and I wish them the best in their split with Hams.

it's about damn time! my only real complaint about the place (other than being more willing to show VT games than JMU games if they're both televised at the same time. hello, you're located in harrisonburg...)
