    Default espn bracketology

First one of the year: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/bracketology

ODU as a #16 against Ohio State. It's the only CAA team in it.

Albany (#16) and UVa (#7) are the only other teams listed that we'll play this season.

Could be a little nit-picky but at this point sadly the best case I could argue is a 14.

No way the CAA gets a #16 seed unless one of the bottom feeders pulls off the mother of all upsets in Richmond.

    My question is: Why ODU?

Most likely because there's currently a 5-way tie at the top of the standings so in that scenario he goes with the defending champion?

Yeah, won't happen, especially if GMU, ODU, or VCU is the champ. Rep alone will get a 12-13, or at worst a 14.

Now if a UNC-W or a JMU or a NE or Ga.ST. wins the tourney, at this point certainly possible, maybe a 15 then.

Or maybe that of the 5 teams currently tied for first, ODU won an away game at Northeastern (more impressive than our win at Towson)?

Maybe because ODU is getting a new state of the art practice facility?
