Ramone Snowden?

Ramone Snowden is one of the best basketball players in the Hampton Roads area. He is only a junior but if you have seen him play, you know he is one of the best. I was wondering why we haven't to get an early commitment out of him. He would be a great player for us. Does anyone have any idea if he is being talked to and get an offer. I think it would be smart to get an early commitment out of him before he breaks out and goes to a bigger school. What do you guys think?

If he is one of the best in HR, he isn't coming to ODU. If we get a commitment now, it would be a verbal at best, which is almost worthless if he is one of the best.

How far down the list do you go for "best in HR"? And whether or not they'd come to ODU?

Aaron Bacote could fall into that category and he commited to ODU. One of his rival HS coaches said, "... Aaron is maybe the most complete player in the Peninsula District...."

Im still mad we didn't get Trey Freeman over Key. I saw Freeman play in regionals last year and he dominated Norcom.

Will redshirt first year instead of reclassifying to 2014 (scholarship reasons). BT wanted to have him in the system rather than at prep for a year. Good decision on both's parts.
