Should be a very tough game similar to our game with Mason. Playing at home I don't see us getting of to a rough start or having long scoring droughts. We have won seven straight home games this season and JMU lost on the road to GSU. They have a strength of schedule of #256 so don't let the record fool you. Nevertheless, we will get their best shot like we have gotten the best shot of every CAA team to date. We are everyone's "biggest game." In the end I think too much Frank and Baze will doom the Dukes.
This will be a true test for us, for sure. We don't have any really great wins, but no bad losses either (at least none that we didn't make up for later)
Sadly I have to side with the ODU fans on this one. We've played no one in the CAA other than the basement. We lost to GSU on the road, imagine playing at ODU. OOC we've played a couple decent teams at best. We've not beaten anyone the quality of ODU, GMU or Drexel - that's for sure.
We definately don't have a gaurd like Jenkins.
If we can somehow get 4 more wins the rest of the way against the top of the CAA that would put us at 500 in league play and hopefully help recruiting.
Our team might be a little fragile. Hopefully we can keep it close early and not get embarrassed.
Plus - Aundrey appears to be out for a couple games so our front line is even more thin.
Who know's? Perhaps we'll pull off the biggest upset of the CAA season. I guess that's why we play the games....

I would have liked to go to this game but have a game of my own. Should be a fun one in the Ted and a great test for JMU and we better have our A game. Go blue!
This is how I am going to look at the rest of the season. Our offensive woes hinder us from being head and shoulders above anyone. The Delaware loss broke me of having confidence that we will walk over anyone. Being at home, I like our chances. We need to crush them at home and hurt their confidence for the return trip to JMU.One word for the wise about lofty expectations:

I think you are downplaying your Dukes a bit too much. Just because you haven't played a tough schedule doesn't mean you are not good. It just means you won't get full credit nationally. If you beat us on Wednesday, I don't think anyone will be shocked. Yes it will be an upset but it is not David and Goliath.
I hope you're right about us not being David, but I'll believe it when I see it....

This should be a good game. Somewhat difficult to predict, but it will certainly be an interesting matchup.
