Well, it appears CUSA is not expanding, so take JMU to CUSA off the list.
When founding members start leaving, it's probably a bigger deal. GMU leaving was a kick in the nuts. If JMU goes, that leaves W&M and UNCW as the lone founding members.
"The problem is a really hard to nail down issue in the PHP accelerator we *have* to have to be able to serve up the number of requests we do. Using the most recent software -- it just returns a...
back up...down for 2.5 hours, which is by far the longest outage I can remember.
The board has been down LESS than 24 hours TOTAL in the last 6 weeks. The zone was crashing weekly and for longer periods.
yea....I'd say that is timing. I have been a member over there since 2004, and these last 2 months have had more outages than the last 9 years.
Still fixing the issue from yesterday. Routine software upgrade caused some issues
First time this week, actually.
Best part? It's back up within an hour, unlike here where we went days (even weeks at one point)
JMU to CUSA seems extremely unlikely....like odds are probably about 10%.
hell yea I stand by it. That's the first time in over a year that CSN board has been down that long. CAAZONE has been down 10 times that much.
lol, I was about to say....
Yea...it's sad to lose all this history. Swag said it WAS possible to transfer some of the more epic threads, but it wouldn't be easy.
The email restriction has been lifted for 24 hours.
Csn has thousands of users, and is a spam target due to the sheer volume of traffic. Limiting free email keeps spammers away
the moderator will approve anything JMU related, regardless of email account.
Might get lonely over here....seems that the great migration has started based on the activity over there.
Much better board....hardly any downtime. Please join us.

Thanks for the note. It has been a frustrating 12 months around here as we have watched our peers/rivals move on and the CAA fall apart.
I hope we can maintain an excellent rivalry with ASU in...
I hate cryptic posts
Sure....but you're basing that on last year's breakdown of the comp. fee. Also, who is to say that the past 2 years aren't part of a "ramping up" process
No need. Debt service is about 9% of our athletic budget..... That's really low. I wish my yearly budget only had 9% debt service.
Nope. Look at the comprehensive fee number, below tuition and fees.
That's tuition.
Comp fee is where we raise athletic $.
Edit.... Fees were raised by $126/year. I thought it was $126/semester. So the 5 million is wrong.
It's 2.5 million/year. Tuition was raised by 5% in state, and 4% out of state.
2.5 million is...
Tuition was raised 5%. Should help the issue of faculty pay.
EDIT:
Student fee was upped $126 per year. Thats 2.5 mil a year. Remember the number I floated for FBS? There you go.
