Someone had the same problem before when they were using an IPhone. Don't remember what they did or didn't do. Will see if I can find it. But they did find it.

Maybe Tribal or another Tribe fan can let him know that you are fan. Had to do that for a fan or two of JMU because they didn't have JMU related names with their free emails.
