Northeastern usually finishes in the top tier of the CAA every year and have won 2 regular season titles.

NU won the regular season title and lost in the CAA title game. Happens. Still played in the NIT.

CofC couldn't beat Davidson last year, yet Drexel bitch slapped Davidson in Philly - and Drexel had a very disappointing season with a bottom tier finish.

No one said NU is the preseason favorite. I'm saying that we're not finishing lower than a top 4 seed IMO.
