Extend the TV timeouts by 30 seconds? They are 2 minutes now, right?

The reason the women have a shorter shot clock is there isn't a 10 second violation in the backcourt.

Regarding TV timeouts, maybe having them inside of 15, 10, and 5 minutes would be better....
