During the most recent renovation of Friedman Diamond and Parsons Field, significant upgrades were made to our playing surface, bullpens and outfield fences. The last piece to make our facility one of the premier baseball facilities in New England is permanent seating behind home plate. We are in the planning stages of designing a pavilion that will seat more than 400 fans and will include a viewing suite, press box and concession stand.

Don't know how soon this will be done.

NU played every game away in 2012 due to the construction of a new FH facility in Dedham, MA - which is a suburb of Boston

The Huskies still received an at-large bid to the NCAA's despite not having a true home game.

NU will have 11 home games this season and should be the favorite to win the CAA - especially with ODU out of the league.
