Just wanted to check and see if some of the New England/Northeastern folks are heading up to the game this weekend. I know that the weather is going to wreak some havoc but I'll be up there +1 and would like to meet some of the people that do head up.

I'll be driving up from outside Philly with my g friend (Elon grad). Staying at my brother's in CT Fri night. Plan to be in Orono for afternoon tailgate. Sat night after the game I'll spend in Bangor which is next to Orono, Sun-Mon in Arcadia National Park/Bar Harbor. Tues drive back.

First game I'll miss since Maine '04.

Make sure you bring a few streamers. The traditional must continue even if I'm stuck at a company picnic. :(

From my brothers place in Meriden Mapquest says about 6 hrs, so I figure without traffic or stops about 5 1/2, with a few stops and maybe some rain about 7 hrs on the road. I plan on rolling by 7:30 AM, so I'd like to be there by 2:30 for a 3 hr tailgate before the 6 PM game.
