I was estatic when I saw our schedule this fall and saw the Dragons slated for 9 games on TV, which is more than most schools from the major conferences.

However, Drexel is now 1-5 in televised games, and 5-1 in non TV games. Of course, they've played their toughest competition on TV, but this team must be camera shy or something.

I think a lot of that is based upon our play at home and on the road. That one win was at home (against Rider) while the 5 losses were at the Palestra or on the road. Although still relativiely early, we seem to be much more comfortbale at the DAC. We seem totally lost on the road.

Though if this pattern continues, we will get a win this Thursday vs. UDel. 8)

All is forgiven from here if they win the next TV game - UD... I wrote an article on the "rivalry" for this week's 6th Man, look for it Thursday night.

Isn't it about time to get the UD/DU smack thread goin?

Have we ever won a CAA Game of the Week? I can't think of us ever winning one. We've beaten UD on TV numerous times.

I thought the same thing HH, but since they lost to Towson, I don't know if it is even worth the time. You start off the thread like that and they have no comeback (not that they have any to begin with).

We never won a CAA game of the week on the road. Our home win vs. UD two years ago, and our win vs. VCU in the tournament last year were both CAA Game of the Week telecasts.

I'll count the tourney as a road win!
