What if Lasme doesn't come to ODU? Patrick Sparks just received his release from WKU. I understand that he is likely to transfer "up" to the SEC, but he is now available, and he is very good.

Just throwing another name out there. I am getting the feeling that we may end up getting someone that we haven't heard of. I trust our coaching staff's decision.

I've heard nothing of this kid coming to ODU. I've spoken with some of the staff a number of times, heard lots of names, but not his.

I'm not saying ODU is interested, I am just saying that we should be. He was just given his release by WKU yesterday, which means could not be "recruited" until then.

Who would be better for the team, this guy or Lasme? From all that I have heard, Lasme sounds like the guy I would want playing with the Monarchs in 2004-2005. He sounds like he has great potential and the Ivory Coast connection. Its always nice when two of your players have already played together. The chemistry was definetly evident with Shareese and Okeisha on the women's team this past year.
