There was an O'Henry sighting last week in a local gym, playing in a pickup game with some local UD guys. After watching him fly through the air with thr greatest of ease and some rim rattling dunks, the players all seemed to agree that he will be an immediate contributor next season. He is only 6'8 but they say he plays much bigger, really athletic.

It will be interesting to see Xenakis, Smith, Maepa, Nana, Wentt and Olowoye battle it out next year for 2 spots. I think Smith is a lock at the 4, but i think the center is wide open. Unless Xenakis develops his game alot in the offseason i see one of the new guys starting after about the 5th game. My guess goes Nana, Smith, Lunn, Ames, Slatts as the season goes on.

I had heard that he like to play above the rim. It makes me glad to see him down here getting to know the players and getting some time with them, that can only help in the long run.

Sportsfan, what kind of body does Olawoye have? Thin but good frame...weight?

I saw Denard Montgomery dining at the new Joes Crab Shack down at the Wilmington waterfront..still looks like he can get out there and bang..always felt he could have been a force if his back was healthy.

You bring back some pleasant memories with that name, very nice teams Steve had those years.

I think sam mcmahon is going to be starting in the line up next year, he has good size (6'5 and a half) (210 lbs.), and he has outstanding shooting touch, and ball movement, and hes a P-I-M-P.

I think the "P-I-M-P" part is the main reason he should start.
