Big Blue BBQ

The Big Blue BBQ will be May 8 from 5-8 pm at the Bank of America Plaza in Norfolk. It costs $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

The BBQ is always a fun. It's a great chance to talk with the coaches and players and have some good food. I'm sure by then Blaine will be able to talk about the recruits. Everyone try to make it!

I'll be there with my regular crew. Hope it is 75 degrees and sunny like always. That is a great location to hold a get together.

Me? Brag? No... ;)

I'm not usually a big fan of signatures, but I thought would I put up some highlights of ODU sports this year. You know how I get with nonrevenue sports. :D I'm hoping I can add lax, tennis, and baseball to the list in the next few weeks.

I found out last night that I have something to do at the time of the BBQ. I'm hoping I can get out of it. I went last year and had a blast. If not, I'm sure the fans who go will give the scoops.

There's also a Businessman's Special at Harbor Park that day as well, starting around noon, Tides v Indianapolis. Make an afternoon of it. Go to the baseball then stagger over to the BBQ. Probably have to take a cab home, though.
