Ok, we get a total of 575 tickets for the unc game. I hear the place seats at least 3100. Does unc get the rest of the tickets? Does that make this game a home game for them? And then home again next year. This sux.

well... we're kinda at their mercy. No way in hell you'll see any 'big boys' come to Trask anytime soon. This actually isn't that bad of a deal.. we get them on a 'neutral' court and then go to the dean dome (which, with their wine & cheese crowd, is like a neutral court also

One thing I know about you Seahawk fans is that you can make a crowd of 575 seem like 5,000. You Seahawk fans will be more intense than 2,525 wine and cheese Tar Heel fans basically in town to play some golf. Good luck.

da da da da da dum...... I'm a Tarheel born, I'm a Tarheel bred, and when I die I'll be a Tarheel dead. So rahrah Carolina, rahrah Carolina, rahrah Carolina....go to #$%@ State ! Yeah, whatever
Nice timing Baby Blue. Wait til the Blizz leaves town.
UNCW gets 500 tickets and UNC-CH gets 500 tickets, the rest of the tickets go to corporate sponsers of the Beach Ball Classic an AAU tourny that will be played during that week. So I see us having the advantage.
WOOOOOOOOOOO!
38 where ya been?

The seating capacity at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center for Basketball is 10,000 not 3,100. Most tix's will be sold to the public through the Beach Ball Classic ( a high school tourny)

Well I guess you Seahawks better start an interest in South Carolina high school basketball.

go to the websiite for yourself....
I live in Shallotte and go to the Beach Ball Classic every year, and yes they can get 10,000. Thats why they wanted the ball game there, its the largest in the area!
I've been to the MBCC too and I thought 3100 was pushing it. The place is very small. Again 500 to each school and the rest go to corporate sponsers of the Beach Ball Classic which is a national tourny not South Carolina only. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo! Go to there web site, some major NBA players have played in this tourny when they were in H.S.
Metternick,
There website says it holds 10,000 for a banquet not a basketball game.
There is noway the place holds 10 grand for a ball game. I think you got confused with ballroom and ball game. WOOOOOOOOO!
